The purchase of a Joué Board gives you access to Bitwig Studio 8-track and Arturia Analog Lab Lite

To get your Bitwig and Arturia access after your purchase, you must register your activation number once the software dowloaded.

To get this activation number, please send an e-mail to the following address: support@play-joue.com with your Joué Board serial numbers (2 serial numbers required).

 

How to get my Joué Board serial numbers?

- On the label at the back of your Joué Board:

- In the Joué Editor: connect your Joué Board without any modules on it to a computer, then, in the Joué Editor software, press the ALT key and click on the board in the Editor:

The purchase of a Grand Fretboard or a Grand Clavier gives you access to special UVI soundpacks + a $50 coupon on UVI Falcon

To get your UVI soundpacks after your purchase, please send an e-mail to the following address: support@play-joue.com with your Module serial number (Grand Clavier or Grand Fretboard).

 

How to get my Magic Module serial number?

Connect the Joué board to a computer, place the module on the board, then, in the Joué Editor software, press the ALT key and click on the module (in the “Devices” view):

 

How to install my soundpacks?

The Joué soundpacks can be used with UVI workstation or UVI Falcon* 

  1. Download free UVI Workstation here and follow the installation instructions.
  2. Launch UVI Workstation.
  3. Plug your Joué to your computer.
  4. Click on file menu and select “midi devices” in the “audio and midi settings” then select “Joue Play” for the port A, click “ok” (Click on “Refresh Midi Devices” if “Joue Play” does not appear).

Click on the browser icon, then preferences and go to the “soundbanks” tab to define the Joué soundpack path (add new and select the folder in which you placed the .ufs file).

Then click “ok” and restart UVI workstation.

Now the Joué soundpack should appear in the soudbanks browser, double click on a preset to activate it and play!

For each presets of the soundpack, you’ll see the macro controls of the parameters assigned to the Joué module controls.
